
b) Assist in Coordinating and executing of church programs and managing the church’s schedule
of events.
c) Assist the Parish Priest with the collection and depositing of money received at the parish office.
d) Mantain and keep record of church income, example, donations, 1% contribtuions, etc.
e) Provide administrative support to the Parish Priest.
f) Assisting with scheduling of meetings of the Parish Priest.
g) Act as the parish bookkeeper and update all financial records of the parish.
h) Manage and improve the church’s filing system.
i) Perform any other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Parish Priest.
b) Experience is preferred although not essential.
c) Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment.
d) Ability to keep confidential and sensitive information.
e) Must be a Roman Catholic Church member.
f) Must have excellent communication skills.
g) Must be flexible and have a positive attitude and capacity to work much of the time without
supervision.
h) Driving licence will be an added advantage.
Preference will be given to Namibian citizens and designated persons as prescribed by the Namibian Affirmative Action Act.
